Not to worry, as Rydeu "Book and Pay Later " gives you flexibility to secure your travel With just 20% of the total amount and pay rest to driver on arrival only. You can always cancel your trip prior 24 hrs. of your scheduled travel time.

FAQ

Can I pay balance amount using card?arrow

Balance amount can be paid using card, if the driver agrees for the same else you can always pay with cash.

Will I receive my confirmation on reservation or after final payment?arrow

You will receive confirmation email as soon as you reserve your trip. It will have all the trip details including due amount to be paid to driver.

Can I pay final amount prior to the actual date?arrow

Sure, if you want to pay final balance amount before trip itself, you can do so. Please connect with our support team for payment Invoice and you will be able to get an invoice for remaining balance.

Can I make changes to my reserved booking or should I cancel and create new one?arrow

If you wish to make any changes in your booking, such as change in pickup/drop location, date/time, number of travelers or baggage count, he/she has to connect with our customer service over email - “info@rydeu.com”, phone - “(+49) 17676187725”. Please note that that any such changes may incur additional charges.

Can I cancel my reserved Booking?arrow

You can cancel your scheduled trip prior 24hrs of your travel time. For more details, please refer to "Cancellation policy for Book and pay later"

Cancellation policy for Book and pay later

  1. Reserved amount to be refunded if the cancellation is done by a customer prior 24hrs of scheduled trip.
  2. If a booking is cancelled from the company/supplier side due to any operational issues / challenges, paid amount will be processed to the customer, irrespective of the date & time of cancellation.
  3. Customer will receive reserved amount, if the supplier doesn’t show up at the pickup location for a scheduled transfer.
  4. No refund will be given to customer, if the customer
    • Cancels a booking outside the the time duration (24hrs).
    • Doesn’t show up at the pickup location for any scheduled transfer within 60 mins for Airport transfer, 30 mins for Railway Station and 15mins for Other places.
    • Requests for a change in pickup/drop location for any confirmed trip.
